We held our 2011 medal presentation dinner in Yeat's County Hotel, Curry on Saturday last. Thank you to all who attended and made the night such a success. Congratulations again to the successful senior teams on winning the Championship, Leo Kenny Cup and the Kiernan Cup and to the minors on winning the league, championship and the 11 a side competition. 

Draw for National Lottery Winnings of 2011

Also on the night we held the draw to divide the winnings fromm the NAtional Lottery Draw between the members of the syndicate in total there were 33 x €100 in prizes given out, and the Winners of €100 each were

Thanks again to all our member's who have already signed up for 2012, while we all understand the difficult financial times we are in at the moment we would really like to gratefully acknowledge our appreciation for the positive reception we have received from all. The syndicate is now fully subscribed for 2012.


Ladies football 2012: Could all those interested in playing for the senior ladies football team this year get in contact with Aisling Egan as we are trying to see if there is enough players avaliable for the 2012 season to enter a team. All level of ability welcome!

The u8 and u 10 mixed coaching sessions for boys and girls football resumes on Wednesday the 11th with the u8's from 6.30 to 7.30 and the u10's from 7.30 each Wednesday in Banada Abbey Hall. Any new boys and girls are welcome to attend.


We would like to extend sympathy to Michael Connelley, Cloondiven, on the passing of his father, Coleman, in Kilkerrin, Connemara last week. the club also extends condolences also to the Haran Family Knox on the passing of Rita last week,Ar dheis Dé go raibh Siad.
