Congratulations to all our club members who received their Leaving Cert results and bes t of luck to you in your future endeavours.
Also best wishes to all club members heading back to school in the next week.

Our senior girls are out of the championship following a defeat to St Nathy's over the weekend. They have put a great effort in over the summer and did the club proud.
Best wishes to their manager Anthony Brennan as he recuperates after a recent spell in hospital.

Our senior footballers qualified for the County Semi final with a spirited 2nd half performance against St Molaise Gaels in Markievicz Park on Saturday night last. The lads really rose to the occasion and out scored the league champions by 10 points to 0-1 in the second-half in a great team performance. They now have a welcome break til the semi final on the weekend after next which will allow our injured players a chance to get back to full fitness following a hectic couple of weeks.
 
I posted a number of fixtures last week but they were postponed so please check the club website www.tourlestrane.com as the fixtures are updated immediately they are changed, the latest club results and tables are also available automatically at the end of each game.

Our u 16 Hurlers had a very well deserved win over Coolera in the championship last week and now wait for the the winners of the other championship game to see who they paly next. 
Congratulations to Jerome Quinn who was manager of the Sligo Minors who were defeated in the All Ireland C Hurling Final by a very strong Wicklow team.On the panel representing Tourlestrane were Jonathan Leonard , Barry Walsh, Ruarai Brennan, Sean Quinn

Our u14 Hurlers play in the championship this Wednesday at 6.45 at home to Naomh Eoin.
