Club Notes: 5th Feb 2012

The Senior Men are set to start their season on Saturday, the 18th of Feb V St. Johns with a home game in the Kiernan Cup at 4pm. The team will be out to retain their 2011 title and all support early in the season is welcome.

Interested in playing girls football for Tourlestrane? Our U-12, U14
and U16 girls teams are starting back training this Thursday (9th of
Feb) from 6:00-7:00. After great performances last year, 2012 looks
like its going to be an even better year for our girls! Any new girls
are invited to come along.

Mixed coaching sessions for boys and girls football continues on
Wednesdays, U-8's from 6.30-7.30 and the U-10's from 7.30-8:30, in
Banada Abbey Hall. Any new boys and girls are invited to come along
and join in the fun. We will have guest coach Sligo Captain Charlie
Harrison this Wednesday. All parents please sign in their child with
the coaches.

The Club extends sympathy to the Henry Family of Rhue on the passing
of their Mother Katie, to her 9 children, grandchildren and great
grand children we express our sympathy. Also during the week the Carr
family in Drumartin suffer the loss of their mother Elle, and we send
our sympathy to Ellens family. Ar dheis Dé go raibh siad.

Bingo in Banada, the Snowball game is at €8,100 while the jackpot is
creeping up again at €3,000....... waiting to be won on Tuesday nights
in Banada Abbey Hall from 8.30pm with a minimum payout each night of
€2,000
