Thank you to all who attended a very successful AGM last night, which saw the biggest crowd in recent years.

Chairperson, Brendan Leonard, opened the meeting followed by Secretary, Amanada Walsh giving her report, followed by an in depth report from Treasurer, David McVeigh. 

Thank you to David for all his hard work as he has indicated he would like to step away from the post after 5 years of very hard work.

Brendan thanked all sponsors of the club and all the volunteering team for the Banada Discos and Bingo. Brendan then spoke on behalf of the club in thanking Celtic Sheet Mental, the Cunney Brothers, New York, for their continue support as the clubs main sponsor for 2015.

Ray Dempsey, Knockmore, has been voted as Senior team manager for 2015. 

Chairperson, Brendan Leonard, thanked Eamonn Haran and his backroom team, on behalf of the club, for their hard work and dedication over their 2 years in charge.

The Hurling AGM will take place this Friday, the 16th, at 7pm in the Hillary Rooms, Banada. 

The Ladies AGM will follow at 7.45 in the same location. We are asking all players interested in playing to a

ttend.

The final draw of 2014s Lotto Synducate took place last night with 13 €100 prizes handed out. The winners were as follows: Barry Kirrane, Janette Brennan, Padraig Keogh, Dermot Feeley, Eamon Durkin, Enda Feeley, Dunne Brothers, Paddy Henry(C), Pat Cawley, Joe Kilcoyne (Tubber), Patsy McVeigh, Raymond McVeigh (Boston), Tomas Henry (Australia). Thank you to all our lotto ticket holder who continue to support the club. Tickets for 2015 can still be purchased.

The AGM also saw the Tourlestrane GAA Developmen Plan for the next 5 years being adopted. 

On behalf of the club, we would like to thank all players, managers, trainers, parents and supporters for their support throughout 2014. We look forward to a bright 2015. 

Congratulations to Grainne Henry, Ballyara, and Martin Devaney, Skreen, on their marriage recently.

The club would like to offer its sincere condolences to the Marren family, Dawros, on the death of Tommy Marren Snr. last week. May he rest in peace.
